A Study On The Relationship Between Employee Perceptual Ability And Unsafe Behavior

Safety accident control and management is the important management content of enterprises, and play an important role in sustainable development of enterprises. In recent years, along with the safety accident in our country, to explore the causes of safety accidents has become an important content of management and research. People is the main part of the enterprise production and management, and it is not only the causes of safety accidents, but also victims of accidents. Safety accident is the result of man-machine-environment factors, and human factor is the key in this mechanism.In this paper, the staff perceived competence and unsafe behavior exist correlation is the study of presupposition. Firstly, based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad, visual response ability, motion response ability and attention reaction ability are defined and tested. Secondly, this article adopts the method of regression analysis on the relationship between employee perception ability and unsafe behavior empirical research, and results show that there is a negative correlation between perceived ability and unsafe behavior in general staff.
