Green building has become the general trend of sustainable development of architecture all over the world in the 21 st century.In the key period of Urbanization of China,green building can solve the environmental problems and resource consumption caused by the rapid development of the construction industry.The foundation of green building is the application of green building technology,which includes energy saving,land saving,water saving,material saving,environmental protection and so on.The building material is the material basis for the construction,and the application of the saving material technology is very important for the development of the green building.Therefore,through the analysis and research of the saving material technology,it can be found that the way to improve the application of saving material technology,which is conducive to the development of green building.At first,this paper systematically combs and classifies saving material technology of green building.Secondly,through the research on the situation of the application of green building technology of fifty-one programs in Chongqing,this paper analyzes various of difficulties with the application of saving material technology,and some recommendations are proposed to improve the problem of applying saving material technology.In order to enrich the product types of resource recycling technology of saving material technology,this paper researchs on the setting time,water retention,adhesion and strength of recycled building plaster so that wasted anhydrite can be used to formulate renewable gypsum stucco gypsum with good performance.Finally,this paper applies the theoretical research to the actual project,and carries on the material optimization design to the actual project which is of great significance to the development of green building.Through the investigation of the green building projects in Chongqing,the scoring rate of saving material technology of the "two-star" green building is only about 44.8%.It can be found that saving material technology has the least application in green building technology.From the economic,social and policy and other aspects to analyze problems of the application of saving material technology,this paper argues that the current focus on the development direction of saving material technology in Chongqing should be the integration of civil decoration,green building materials,resource recycling technology.Based on the market research,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the integration of civil decoration and the application of green building materials.Secondly,in view of resource recycling technology,this paper researches how recycled plaster can be made from recycled plaster through the related experimental research.Though modified research on the setting time,water retention,adhesion and strength of recycled building plaster,finally the optimum dosage of admixture has been determined,which can formulate renewable gypsum stucco gypsum with good performance.The formula is: regeneration of building gypsum retarder: SG-12: water: Powder: water reducer =100:0.2:0.2:2:0.1,and the standard diffusion of water requirement was 0.54.The formula of layer plastering gypsum substrate for regeneration: regeneration of gypsum sand: SG-12 retarder: water: Powder: water reducer = 100:75:0.1:0.15:2:0.15,and the standard diffusion of water requirement was 0.59.Finally,Taking the design as an example of the design of the green building in a chongqing district,the design of the engineering project of the design phase is optimized.The total score of the final "materials" was 56.94,and after the optimized design,the average score was 12.06 points higher than that of chongqing.The score improved by 18.05 points and 46.41 percent higher than before the project.The design example provides a reference for designers and decision makers to choose green building technology.
