Research On Building Environmental Protection In The Construction Of Green Villages And Towns

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put the construction of ecological civilization in a more important position,and put forward to adhere to the intensive,intelligent,green,low-carbon new urbanization road.From the perspective of sustainable development,this paper takes the application of environmental protection residential building technology and green construction as the research direction of this paper.China’s current large-scale construction,energy consumption is also very high,so in the development of construction,how to save energy and land is the government and enterprises must face the problem.Ninghe River District of Tianjin was originally an agricultural county in Tianjin.After the county was withdrawn and transformed into a district,the construction of Green villages and towns was speeded up.During this period,a large number of environmental protection problems of buildings have to be faced.According to the requirement of building environmental protection theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Green villages and towns in Ninghe County,including that the environmental protection buildings can save resources(energy and land)to the maximum extent in the whole life cycle of buildings(materials,building planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance and demolition process).To protect the environment and reduce pollution,to provide people with healthy,applicable and efficient use of space,and the harmonious coexistence of nature,environmental protection and energy-saving building technology is playing an increasingly important role in China’s construction.This paper first combed the theory of building environmental protection,and analyzed the current construction plan of Tianjin Ninghe area.The local government attaches great importance to building energy efficiency,but lacks some systematic and effective methods.According to the development of energy consumption and energy-saving buildings,and then combined with the current situation of construction and development of small towns in other areas,the author discusses and discusses energy saving and land saving in environmental protection construction,each aspect of which is a separate section.This paper analyzes the actual situation of small town construction in Ninghe area,hoping to provide reference for domestic research in this area.Through discussion and analysis,according to the green energy-saving building standard,energy-saving doors and windows,exterior wall insulation energy-saving technology,land-saving application in small town construction,relying on the use of advanced construction technology,can control the premise of building costs,improve the building energy-saving effect and service life.Through strengthening planning,intensive and economical use of land,reducing unnecessary resource consumption,while protecting the environment,to meet the living needs of urban and rural residents,resulting in huge social and economic benefits.
