| Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics of air pollutants and their influence on respiratory diseases in Shenyang. Methods:The number of patients who visited the outpatient department of respiratory medicine in our hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016 and their lung function, quality of life and meteorological data were statistically analyzed.Meanwhile, the temporal cumulative effect of atmospheric pollutant concentration change and respiratory diseases was analyzed by statistical modeling method.Results:(1)The main air pollutants in Shenyang are PM2.5,PM10and SO2.The correlation analysis between these main air pollutants and meteorological factors(including air temperature, humidity, air pressure and wind speed)shows that there is no correlation between the three main air pollutants and wind speed(P>0.05),but there is a correlation between air temperature and air pressure(P<0.05).There was no correlation between PM2.5and humidity(P>0.05),PM10and SO2were correlated with humidity(P<0.05).(2)The monthly mean concentrations of PM2.5、PM10、NO2、SO2and CO in the atmosphere accumulated with the existence time of the number of patients with respiratory diseases. The impact of PM2.5and NO2on the number of outpatient visits of respiratory diseases reached the maximum after the concentration accumulation increased for one day,and the impact of SO2and PM10reached the maximum on the third and fourth days,respectively.(3)There was no significant difference in lung function between patients with pneumonia in winter and summer(P>0.05),and there was no significant effect of pollutant concentration on lung function of patients with pneumonia. However, there was statistical significance in lung function of COPD patients(P<0.05),and pollutant concentration had a great impact on COPD patients.(4)Analysis of the SF-36 quality of life questionnaire in patients with pneumonia and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)showed that the pollutant concentration had no significant effect on the overall pneumonia, but several of them had a greater effect on patients with COPD.Conclusion:In Shenyang is given priority to with fine particulate matter, sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides pollutants accumulation of respiratory disease outpatient number time, atmospheric pollution of COPD patients with chronic respiratory system disease of lung function than pneumonia in patients with lung function damage is bigger, and the physiology, mental state, energy, etc. The influence of the quality of life. |
