Research On Water-treatment Project Schedule Management Of Baogang Group For Company A

In the management process of industrial engineering project,reasonable allocation of resources,cost control,project quality assurance all have significant effects on ensuring the project to be completed on schedule.For water treatment project,the project schedule management mainly includes two parts: project design and project implementation.Research on the project schedule management of water treatment industry,is mainly based on the advanced project schedule management theory and technology,combined with the characteristics of water treatment industry project itself,analyzing and researching on the problems existing in project schedule management,and then put forward reasonable optimization scheme and countermeasures.Based on the above background,this paper mainly focuses on the water-treatment project schedule management and control of Baogang group taken by A company.Firstly elaborated the theory and method of the project management such as Gantt chart method,critical path method(CPM),and work breakdown structure(WBS),and then introduced in details the status of water treatment project,including the design flow,the project related parties,and the relationship between them,their characteristics and difficulties.Secondly,is to analyze from the project design progress,project installation and construction,materials and capital turnover,technical changes and other factors on the water treatment project of Baogang group.And then establish the water treatment project management system and the preparation of Baogang group project quality basis,and do the work breakdown structure(WBS)to the steel water treatment project,and the time budget for design process and management process.And then use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the critical line procedure,process calculation weight,key line importance and time compression.Using the Critical Path Method(CPM)combined with Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT)to research on the optimization of water treatment project schedule management,and put forward the optimization scheme and countermeasures.
