Diesel locomotive is the main traction power for molten iron transportation in the iron and steel enterprise,it occupies a very important position,and its safety and efficiency is particularly important.The existing iron and steel enterprise locomotive operation mode of four people,the efficiency is low.At the same time,there are serious noise,dust and gas pollution in the blast furnace.It is harmful to the body and operation safety in this harsh environment.At present,the application of wireless remote control system for electric power transmission diesel locomotive is few.In order to meet the demand of GKD1A electric power transmission diesel locomotive in the iron and steel enterprise production process,it is significant to develop wireless remote control system for GKD1Adiesel locomotive.Firstly,the basic principle of GKD1A diesel locomotive wireless remote control system is introduced,according to the characteristics of molten iron transportation,the system design and main technical parameters are presented,safety,reliability and efficiency are the basic design goals of the system.Secondly,the design of the hardware is introduced,it mainly include portable remote control and microcomputer controller.The hardware is composed of AT89C55 microcontroller.The design methods of wireless signal transmission module,residual electricity detection circuit,DC/DC conversion circuit,data storage circuit and control circuit are introduced.In order to ensure the safety of the system,the watchdog circuit is designed.Thirdly,the system software is designed,the real-time embedded operation system based on μC/OS-Ⅱ is adopted as the core of the system task management.The μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system is analysed and transplanted to the AT89C55 microcontroller.Based on the characteristics of the tasks for wireless remote control system,the transmission task of remote control and the receiving task of microcomputer controller are designed.Also considering the reliability of the system,The design of watchdog program is completed.Finally,the wireless remote control system for GKD1A diesel locomotive is field tested,the results show that the design goals of the system is achieved.
