The indoor bicycle trainer has been enjoying great popularity for its low cost and obvious usage without limit of whether,transportation or available time.The existing cycling trainer,mainly mechanically designed,is inadequate in satisfying the needs of data management,visualization and interactively interesting training.Thus,it's of prominent signification to keep up with the booming techniques of embedded system and smart phone,and develop mobile interconnection controlling system.The main important work of this paper is as follows.1.Based on the traditional mechanical bicycle trainer,I designed the overall scheme of the mobile interconnection controlling system which includes wireless two-way data transmission,real-time data display,human-computer interaction,user information management and permanent history storage.After intensive analysis and comparison of the common used short-distance wireless transmission protocol,I chose Bluetooth4.0 for the communication transmitting of the system to meet the design demands.Then the involved framework of the protocol stack is introduced.2.An embedded mobile connectivity panel is developed,in which the hardware unit contains LPC1114,CC2541 module,160*160 LCD,EEPROM.Specially,in consideration of the strict signal requirement of Bluetooth,I design an anti-interference block for the system.While the software part accomplishes different object functions,like Bluetooth two-way transmission,LCD drive and display,statistical mapping based on Bresenham,multipolar LCD menu design,multi-layer validation and real-time display of the transmitted data.3.An iPhone application program is designed for the system control,the frame of which follows the MVC design pattern.The Bluetooth communication is realized based on the Core Bluetooth and the data storage and statistical dynamic mapping are both carried out with Sqlite.What's more,a video-involved training model is realized in this work,in which the video play is controlled by a self-adaptive frequency and linear interpolation.And the altitude information collected from geographic coordinate and Google map is settled by Python to automatically allocate the resistance information.4.The embedded mobile connectivity panel is tested in this work.The Packet Sniffer is employed to analyze the captured air bag to decide the transmission distance of the Bluetooth.To test the system stability,a testing stand is used to simulate the power.Additionally,the synchronicity of videos with reality is always tested on iPhone APP and analyzed by the XCode Instruments.The results validated the availability of the system with the design demands fully met.The wireless control system designed in this work has been put into actual production and sold abroad.
