Research On Cost Control Of Iron And Steel Enterprise Based On ERP System

In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,this paper studies and analyzes the third-flow of logistics,capital flow,information flow and enterprise information integration in the production process,and provides the company with cost control suggestions through optimizing system management mode and data analysis,Establish the effect evaluation model of ERP system,improve information management.Through the actual process of life in the ERP system and production data analysis,the following conclusions:Analyzed the characteristics and main functions of ERP system,established a cost management system based on ERP and MES system,reached the data integration and sharing,realized the dynamic control and prediction of cost,and improved the information management level of hot rolling department of Tangshan Iron and Steel.The BP neural network cost forecasting model is established,and the application of BP neural network in the iron and steel enterprise cost management system is analyzed.In the ERP system,a corresponding cost forecasting model is established.The BP neural network technology is used in cost forecasting,and the daily cost of two production processes of steel making and steel rolling is analyzed.The steel mill hot rolled part of the cost report as a training sample data to verify the feasibility.In each link of the iron and steel enterprises select indicators,the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,and then establish a cost management system evaluation model.The model is integrated with the cost management system of the iron and steel enterprise and is the basis of the evaluation of the cost management system.The information management system,cost forecasting and evaluation model constructed in this paper show that it has good feasibility in the steel plant.The systematic management of enterprise information is further improved,and the cost forecast and control ability are further improved.
