Safety in the workplace has a bearing on the health of the population and the overall socio-economic development.Due to the current international economic development environment turbulence,environmental security issues have increasingly become the focus of social attention.Driven by the Internet of Things technology,inspection robots have replaced the traditional manual inspection method and environmental safety monitoring and management has become the mainstream.For the waste treatment site environment,the inspection robot system can not only overcome the problem of manual inspection in harsh environments,but also provide visual and intelligent management for the inspection environment,which not only ensures the improvement of the efficiency of environmental inspection,but also provides a strong guarantee for environmental safety supervision.Based on the motion control system of inspection robot,The inspection robot system can not only solve the problems encountered by the staff in the inspection process and remote monitoring system of inspection robot.Firstly,combined with the analysis of the development status of inspection robot technology at home and abroad and inspection management requirements in the process of waste treatment,the functional requirements of the inspection robot in the waste treatment work site environment are analyzed,and the design requirements of the robot inspection operation management platform and remote monitoring system are clarified in combination with the working characteristics of the inspection robot in practice.Secondly,according to the needs of the robot inspection operation management function,the communication mode between the wireless serial port Lora module and the module was determined,and the operation management platform system of robot inspection was built and developed by using Visual Studio software and C#development environment,mainly including real-time collection of environmental parameters and video,historical data storage,walking control of inspection robot,and setting of safety threshold,etc.,and the design of the operation management platform was completed in combination with the principle of human-computer interaction design.Then,this paper deeply understands the functional requirements of the remote monitoring system and designs the communication scheme of the remote monitoring management system combined with the hardware control system,wireless communication technology,cloud platform Internet of Things technology,communication protocol and other technologies of the inspection robot.And select Android Studio software and java development language,combined with Internet of Things technology,developed a set of matching remote monitoring mobile client software,the entire remote client system functions include automatic inspection control,parameter real-time display,historical parameter visualization,video real-time monitoring and camera rotation and focus adjustment and other functions.Finally,by cooperating with the inspection robot hardware system,building a test environment,testing the function of the developed and designed operation management platform and remote monitoring mobile client,and verifying the feasibility of the developed robot inspection operation management platform and remote monitoring mobile client through the test of real-time parameters,real-time video images,motion control,historical data and other functions,realizing the inspection control management of the inspection robot and providing services for a variety of users for different application scenarios.It provides a good foundation for future product upgrades and improvements. |
