The pumping unit is the important mechanical equipment that to promote oil from formation to ground.Energy saving is the developing direction of the pumping unit,based on the secondary regulation of hydraulic pumping unit has an unique advantage in energy saving.In recent years with the situation of oil field is more and more complex,the load in the working process of pumping unit has also changed greatly,it also brings a new topic for the research of pumping unit energy saving.In this paper the research object is the based on the secondary regulation of pumping unit in an oil field.Firstly introduces the development history and working principle of the pumping unit.The system based on bidirectional variable hydraulic pump/motor are designed,analyses the composition and principle,and calculate the static parameters,determine the main parameters.Secondly,studies the load of pumping unit,calculates the static load,dynamic load and friction load of pumping unit in working process,and study of the load experiment,based on the theoretical and experimental date,the regularity of load change in the working process of pumping unit is obtained.Then dynamic analysis of oil pumping machine,To establish the model of pumping unit in AMESim,the data of velocity,displacement and flow are analyzed,and the energy saving effect is analyzed;on this basis the influence of various parameters on the energy saving effect is analyzed,the process of parameter adjustment is introduced by taking 140 KN as the example,Established GUI window,Can quickly and easily get the results of parameter adjustment.Lastly in view of the present situation of load fluctuation will affect the motor power stability,a control method is established,and verification using different load fluctuation forms,the control method can effectively solve the problem of power fluctuation caused by load fluctuation.
