| As people growing demand for oil resources,oil production is increasing,the exploitation of the past for a long time,resulting in a decline in reservoir,the types of oil Wells in oil field has been gradually from shallow Wells to deep well drilling,oil production more difficult,in the process of mining cost is becoming more and more high,this makes people to energy conservation problem more and more attention in the process of deep well drilling.According to the requirements of the project,the research group studied the energy saving of the vertical pumping unit,put forward an energy saving scheme of the vertical pumping unit,and developed a set of simulation prototype of the vertical pumping unit.This paper expounds the overall scheme of the energy saving theory,and designs the simulation prototype according to the theoretical requirements.Through theoretical calculation and analysis,the simulation effect of the prototype is demonstrated.Finally,through relevant tests,the energy saving effect of the energy saving scheme on the simulation prototype is analyzed.The specific work of this paper is as follows:The development background of the vertical pumping unit and the research status at home and abroad are described,the development process and main types of the vertical pumping unit are introduced,as well as the energy saving technology mainly adopted in the vertical pumping unit,and the development trend of the future pumping unit is summarized.In understanding the main situation,on the basis of vertical beam pumping unit based on the current vertical pumping unit of large energy consumption problems,put forward a kind of vertical energy saving scheme of pumping unit,the scheme of vertical working principle and process of the pumping unit,based on Matlab/Simulink to build mathematical model of the motor,and proposes the frequency control of motor speed and energy saving control combined with PID control mechanism,optimization of vertical counterweight balance of pumping unit theory.Vertical pumping unit simulation,the model test scheme of vertical pumping unit energy-saving,from the mechanical design,electrical hardware design,software design,three aspects has carried on the outline of vertical pumping unit simulation prototype,concession device was designed and simulated in the process of workover concession process,using ANSYS Workbench simulation of concession device after the applied load,small displacement analysis concession institutions in actual work stability and reliability.Relevant experiment was carried out on the vertical pumping unit simulation prototype,through the test of vertical pumping unit simulation prototype operation energy consumption in the process of data collection,vertical pumping unit are analyzed using simulation prototype energy in the operation process,combining with counterweight balance optimization methods,verify the feasibility of vertical pumping unit energy-saving solutions. |
