| Oil pumping unit is the main production equipment of our country,Currently oilfield operation field mainly relies on beam pumping unit in China.The environmental characteristics of heavy oil exploitation in China have led to the development of pumping unit in the direction of long stroke,large load,energy saving and stroke control along with the exploitation of oilfields.In the face of these requirements beam pumping unit appears to be inadequate,the hydraulic pumping unit needs to become the main force of the oilfield operation field gradually.Energy-saving hydraulic pumping unit makes use of the secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission technology,we then use the second component pump motor and energy storage components to constitute a combination of energy recovery and reuse modules.The flywheel accumulator type hydraulic pumping unit which is studied in this paper is the combination of the secondary component pump motor and the energy storage element flywheel.I can realize the recycling of the sucker rod potential by regulating the pump motor which is connected with the motor and the pump motor which is connected with the flywheel Reuse.Firstly,the hydraulic system model is set up in the AMEsim according to the hydraulic system schematic diagram of the flywheel energy storage hydraulic pumping unit.I design constant power variable pump control strategy of which can be adjustd and design the control strategy of the flow control pump motor under the condition of changing the spindle speed.I designed the hydraulic cylinder flow control strategy to meet the pumping unit stroke requirements,and verify the performance of the components through the simulation results.Secondly,I determine the optimal power matching principle of the motor,analyze the relationship between the motor power,pump motor power and load power of the hydraulic cylinder in the upper and lower travel conditions,and obtain the influence factors of the optimal motor power.When the external load changes in the work cycle,I design the optimal power control of the motor closed-loop control strategy which is based on flywheel speed feedback signal.Finally,I optimize the flow characteristics of the pump motor by fuzzy PID control,thus reducing the speed fluctuation of the sucker rod during the working condition switching,and finally achieving the purpose of optimizing the pumping rod speed characteristic curve of the pumping unit. |
