The quality of the environment has become more and more popular around people and dust pollution are endangering our normal work and life.It is important for us to have more effective method of detection and management.At present,the dust monitoring and dedusting system are mostly independent and they can not be combined.This paper aims at studying a kind of system for the environment which can constantly monitor the dust and have automatic spray dedusting function.This system use DS-200,based on the method of light scattering measurement,to measure the PM2.5 of the environment.In order to show the data of quality of the environment and provide data support for dust elimination,It need to detection the direction and speed of the wind,noise temperature and other data of the environment.This system use PLC as the core control unit,It has reliable data transmission mode and effective method of dedusting.This paper provides the PLC program design of real-time dust monitoring and automatic dedusting system.At the same time,the method of remote wireless data transmission is studied.people far from the scene can monitor the condition of the environment and the dust elimination system.This system use kingview6.55 as PC monitoring software and the data exchange between PLC and PC monitoring software is realized.it provides information displaying of environment,the design of monitor interface and fault alarming system interface.Finally,this paper introduce the practical application in Outlet malls and it find the problem that the high humidity can influence the result of the powder measurement instrument based on light absorbing principle.Because of this,it provides the humidity correction formula and performed experiments in contrasting with the weighing method.The feasibility of the experiment is verified.
