Because of the complicated and wicked production environment, large number of oil wells, the automatic monitored control system of injection pattern needs higher real-time performance and safety performance. In response to these problems, this paper depends on the program “design on oil production metering and metering station data acquisition system of Oil Field”. Chooses King View6.55 software as the platform, takes the study of current development and application of oil-field water injection status as understructure. According to the design requirement of unattended and remote control system to water injection system, establish a real-time monitoring and control system. It uses pressure and flow sensors to acquire the field data of water injection room, takes PLC as the main controller which processes the data and then controls the pump. Meanwhile, accomplishes the communication between the lower place machine and super ordination machine. Finally, adopts configuration software to configure the injection system, in order to realize the power system remote controlling and the data real-time displaying. The specific work is as follows:(1) Real time data acquisition of field water injection pipe network. Select pressure sensor, flow sensor to collect field data, which will be converted to the correct data format through the A/D conversion module and then been processed and storage by Siemens PLC.(2) Finish the configuration of real time monitoring system of oil field water injection room. Using configuration software to create user control interface, which not only include the production of overview diagram, flow-process diagram, instrument drawing and warning screen, but also finish switching all of them.(3) According to the change of pipe network water injection flow rate and pressure control the pump. Traditional PID control algorithm can implement no static error of tracking of the DC signal, for the water flooding system, which is a large inertia system with frequent fluctuation. However, it is difficult to achieve the desired control effect. Therefore, the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithms that can real time adjust the PID parameters while the error signal changing is used. It can accelerate the response speed of the system. At last, set up the MATLAB simulation model of the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is.
