This Paper is to design and implement an intelligent oil fume detection system because of the current difficulty in detecting oil fume emissions problems caused by the vigorous development of the domestic catering industry.Through the actual investigation of the market and some research by relevant scholars,this Paper proposes using laser scattering to measure the concentration of oil-soot particles.Through corresponding hardware design and software development,a remote online detection system is realized,which can display measurement data in real time and implement server data upload.Firstly,the Paper designs the system’s overall architecture by analyzing the user requirements,dividing the system modular,and analyzing the functions each module needs to perform.Secondly,by elaborating on the process of designing and implementing the hardware parts of each module of the system,this Paper gives detailed instructions on the hardware equipment used by each module of the system,the hardware connection,and the circuit design of each module.The software functionalities needed by the system are created and developed based on the hardware,and the embedded program is created by porting the RT-Thread operating system to actualize the module’s primary functions.This Paper introduces the data processing and calculation methods for the three main variables that need to be measured,such as soot concentration,particulate matter concentration,and NHMC concentration.According to relevant research,the Paper adopts some methods,such as reducing soot humidity and setting the weight of cooking dishes,to reduce interference with the measurement results.It then designs and implements an intelligent oil fume detection system that can display test data in real-time and perform an alarm prediction function by using the touch screen.To enable real time remote detection,the system transmits data to the server via a 4G network module.Finally,the Paper introduces the debugging and testing experiments of the soot particle detection system,analyzes the errors generated by the experiments,and summarizes the research work.
