| The dry dedusting technology of converter gas(hereinafter referred to as LT method)has the advantages of high gas recovery rate,good energy saving and emission reduction effect,and can reduce the consumption of water resources and reduce atmospheric environmental pollution in production.At present,all major steel mills are implementing this innovative and efficient energy conversion technology,The key problem is how to improve the efficiency of dry dedusting under the premise of ensuring the safe,efficient and economical operation of the converter.Flue gas temperature control in evaporative cooler process is an important factor affecting the efficiency of dedusting.The flue gas temperature control process is a complex time-varying dynamic process,and the operation of the system is affected by many variables.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value for improving the quality of converter steelmaking products,realizing energy saving and emission reduction and improving the efficiency of enterprises by developing the control system of the flue gas temperature and optimizing the control system.In this thesis,on the base of analyzing dry dedusting process,fuzzy PID control technique is applied to the export temperature control system.A temperature control model of outlet temperature automatic control system based on enthalpy integral of time windows is designed and implemented.Main job is as flow.(1)The principle of electrostatic precipitator and the dry process dedusting process of converter steelmaking are understood.The technical parameters and technological parameters of wet and dry dust removal are compared,and the dry dust removal process and the main equipment function group are emphasized.(2)Completed the design of the EIC system and control system.The interlocking relationship among the equipments is introduced in detail,and the design and Programming Research of the dry dedusting system is completed.(3)In this design,a flue gas cooling control method and system based on enthalpy integral of time windows are applied,and the functions of the 4 program blocks are described in detail.A dynamic mathematical model,which is more comprehensive and beneficial to analyze the effect of various parameters in the production process on the outlet temperature of dry flue gas,is established.(4)With the control variable of the water valve opening of the evaporative cooler in the dry dusting of the converter gas,the outlet temperature of the evaporative cooler is the controlled variable.The temperature control model based on the time window enthalpy value integral is used in the PID controller to control the temperature of the evaporator cooler,and the overall control scheme is designed.The scheme has achieved good control effect in practical application. |
