The Investigation Of Social Awareness Of Food Waste Centralized Treatment And The Study Of Management Models In Tianshui Urban Region

Recently years,with the rapid development of economy,constant improvement of people’s living standards and flourishing of catering industry in our country,we produced a lot food waste and it is increasing year by year.According to statistics,the food waste produced by catering units and residents total around 60 million tons every year in our country.It creates seriously harm for environmental hygiene and food safety.Our country has played more and more attention to food waste disposal management as well as some policies and relevant measures made by relevant departments to guide the food waste disposal management.Currently 100 pilot cities have successively carried out disposal work.The resource nature for food waste determined that they have sufficient recycling value,reasonable processing technology and management models which can fully exert the value of food waste and make it reclaimed.It also plays an important role and significance for urban environmental hygiene,food safety and urban sustainable development.This paper,selected the study of investigation of social awareness of food waste centralized treatment and management models in urban region of Tianshui,based on the management status to be disposed,through the investigation of social awareness of food waste centralized treatment and management models in urban region of Tianshui and did a lot statistical analysis to the survey data.Finally it is concluded that the output of food waste is about 75.9 t/d,get the degree of social support for push the food waste centralized treatment management and find the main restricting factors,the choice of the ways for classification collection and some urgent measures for carry out food waste centralized treatment.As well,it combined with some domestic disposal management and experience,analysis the major problem faced in the food waste centralized treatment and put forward the countermeasures which providing some evidences for government decision-making.Through careful research and analysis the domestic city of food waste management model to explore suitable model for Tianshui’s market operation model and management model of waste food centralized treatment,suggest that Tianshui should take PPP model,pointed out theconfronting problems of food waste centralized treatment,finally put forward the management model should be government-led,social initiative,legal management,market operation and scientific research safeguard.
