With the continuous development of computer and automation technology,in the workshop,the equipment of digital and automation is getting higher and higher,each enterprise process workshop to form an independent digital processing island.With the development of network technology,How to realize the unified management of these digital processing island equipment resources is to achieve the key and interoperability of equipment interconnection.The article developments digital processing island equipment resource management system is based on web,by means of the web development of cross-platform features,you can access or operation the system through the PC,smart phones,tablet PCs and other devices.The software system realizes the management of important equipment resources such as CNC machine tools,tools and so on.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)First of all,this paper analyzes the problems at present that need to be solved in the process of digital processing island equipment management,and then put forward the overall design of web-based digital processing island equipment resource management system,and to determine the overall framework of the system and the development environment,finally design the database of the system.(2)Research on NC Machine Tool Management.CNC machine tool management module to achieve the machine static information management,and according to different types of CNC machine tools to develop a maintenance plan to meet the requirements.The article puts forward the maintenance decision model of CNC machine tool based on the failure rate characteristic,to achieve the maintenance of CNC machine tools management,And integration with the machine communication module,to achieve the machine tool data acquisition and status monitoring,reduce production due to machine tool failure caused by stranding,greatly improving the use of CNC machine tools.(3)Tool management research.Tool management mainly to the tool static information,tool out of the library process management,and throught the analyse of modular tool system to determine the matching rules between modules,Combining Gray Relational Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process to Realize the Optimal Selection of Modular Tool under Related Constraints.Finally,analyse the influence factors of CNC milling cutter life,establishing the life prediction model for NC milling cutter based on GA-ELM.(4)The system function module development and testing.Developing the web-based digital processing plant equipment resource management system,using the latest web programming framework Angular-Meteor,Applicating the HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript as a programming language,the back-end database server uses the non-relational database MongoDB,taking Submit Text3 as the development tool.Finally,the system is tested to verify its feasibility.
