Equipment of the open-pit are developing towards large, continuous, high-speed, and automated, and the kinds and models of the equipment are in such a large number, which increased the difficulty and complexity of the equipment management. The healthy operation of the equipment is the key to guarantee the normal production of mining companies, combining new Internet technologies and the characteristics of mining production by using the idea of the Internet+to upgrade the management process of enterprise equipment maintenance is the most important issue to be solved in the development of enterprises at present.This paper based on the theory of enterprise asset management (EAM), the equipment maintenance theory and the equipment failure theory, combined new software development techniques and design patterns, designed and developed the open-pit equipment maintenance management information system aimed at equipment maintenance management features of open-pit mine and actual production management needs. The system used B/S structure mode, elected Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as backstage database, adopted Visual Studio 2013 as development tool, used ASP.NET and MVC as the main develop technique, achieved the function of basic information management and maintenance process management etc. of equipment of the open-pit. The implementation of the open-pit of Shenhuabaorixile object tests shows that the system is fully able to meet the information and scientific needs of the open-pit equipment maintenance management.
