In recent years,due to the excessive global carbon emissions,lead to environmental problems,the climate problem is more and more prominent,all countries in the world are into protect the environment we rely on the efforts.Our country is put forward in the eleventh five-year plan of energy saving and emission reduction goals,adjust the economic structure and transformation of the mode of economic growth;In the 12 th five-year plan in the carbon emissions down carbon constraint index and put forward to develop industry standards,gradually establish a carbon market;In "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning",the state put forward again to active control carbon emissions,the implementation of commitments.Tourism industry as a modern rise and now hot emerging industry,the position in the national economic production is becoming more and more high,but the impetus of economic growth at the same time also brought carbon emissions.Tourism involves all aspects of accommodation,catering,transportation will bring a lot of carbon emissions,under the background of "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning,tourism industry how to control carbon emissions,realize the transformation to low carbon tourism,promote the sustainable development of tourism industry is the need to study and solve the problem,in such a premise,the concept of carbon offset arises at the historic moment.At present,low carbon,ecotourism is sought after by more and more,many scholars also look to focus on low carbon and ecological tourism research.Forest resources in Jiangxi province is numerous,all kinds of animal and plant resources are rich,there are 46 national forest park,the unique resource advantage makes the forest tourism development of Jiangxi province as well,many of the national forest park tourism destination is the first selection of people for forest tourism.For a long time,in forest tourism,for example to research the carbon offsets,most scholars study of the related interest subjects of tourism,such as tourists,government,in-depth study of forest,but the research on forest tourism catering operators.In this paper,the forest tourism destination surrounding catering operators as the main carbon offset research,using literature research,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,after the operator on the carbon offset relevant knowledge,through the operator perception of environment,analysis of their attitude to participate in the carbon offsets,motives and behavior,and then indicates that the main factors affecting carbon offsets will affect operators,pointed proposed to strengthen the operator of the will of carbon offsets countermeasures and Suggestions.By studying the following conclusions:(1)the judgment of the natural environment is relatively correct,understanding of the policy environment,understanding of their business activities of carbon emissions is not comprehensive,for carbon offsets can benefits don't understand.(2)the operator is willing to make the carbon compensation behavior,way of participation is the will of carbon offsets the decisive factor;Participate in the carbon offsets of intrinsic motivation play a critical role to operator,but external motivation to promote role.(3)operators hope to participate in the carbon offsets behavior give priority to in order to encourage and voluntary;Clean energy can reduce carbon emissions,but it can't meet the needs of daily business activities;If for the purpose of carbon offsets to reduce emissions,operators hope can reduce the amount of compensation after reduction.To fully arouse the enthusiasm of foodservice operators carbon offsets,improve its carbon offsets will,promote the forest tourism low carbonization,realize the sustainable development of forest tourism,combined with the demands operators,discusses the related countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward:(1)the relevant departments to carry out the good food industry carbon emissions related laws and regulations,regulating the behavior of carbon emissions;(2)to strengthen the propaganda of the carbon offsets of education,promote the harmonious development;(3)carbon compensation mode diversification,let the operator to choose the suitable compensation mode;(4)strengthen the supervision,to ensure that the carbon compensation fund special fund is special;(5)the government to provide technical and reward,to promote the use of new energy;(6)using the correlation policy,encourage operators to participate in the carbon offsets.
