| With the increasing prevalence of sedentary health problems,more and more people are inclined to choose the health seat.Therefore,functional sofa has a broad application in improving the health of the sedentary.At present,comprehensive consideration on the "zero gravity","zero against the wall","rub back performance",the massage health care and multi-posture function are seldom involved in the function sofa design process.Besides,most of investigations on the comfort of the sofa are focused on the static ergonomics,which is not enough to take care of the stability of the sofa movement.How to use systematic and scientific research methods to design the multifunctional sofa which is good for health and improving the stability of the sofa during the motion becomes an important research subject.In this thesis,a systematic design and research on the multifunctional sofa machinery is carried out.The main contents and results were listed as follows:(1)Current research progress of ergonomics,kinematics theory and virtual prototyping technology of multifunction electric sofa was summarized in this thesis.Insufficient design and research methods of multifunctional electric sofa are also compared and analyzed in this thesis.(2)The overall design scheme of the multifunction sofa was sheathed.The consumer groups of the multifunctional sofa were determined and the requirement of consumer groups was analyzed.In the meanwhile,the device basic dimensions were determined by employing ergonomics theory.Functional requirements of multifunctional sofa were converted into mechanism design module,and the scheme of each mechanism module was proposed and analyzed,finally the overall program was illustrated.(3)Kinematics simulation and theoretical optimization of multifunctional sofa.By using the ADAMS software,the parameters of the overall scheme were verified and the kinematics performance was analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the movement of the footrest was not smooth in the realization of the leisure posture,the theoretical model of multifunctional sofa linkage was established,and the feasibility of the theoretical model is validated.The stability of the footrest velocity and angular velocity were taken as the objective,and the optimization is based on the length of rod.The optimization results shown that the stationary of the velocity and angular velocity of the footrest was improved.(4)According to the test standard of mechanical properties of multifunctional sofa,simulation of mechanical properties and structural improvement is carried out in ANSYS Workbench.Then the overall model of the prototype is determined.At last,the prototype of multifunctional sofa were produced and tested.The validities of the above research methods were verified.In this thesis,an analytical model of "zero against the wall","zero gravity" and "zero rub back" was established.Based on the theory of ergonomics,a static comfort multifunctional electric sofa was designed in this thesis,which can meet the requirement of "zero wall","zero gravity","zero back" and the massage function.Focusing on the problem of motion instability in kinematics simulation process,the theoretical model of multifunctional sofa linkage was established,and the stability of motion was optimized.The impact load curve and time step solving model are depicted to guide the simulation of mechanical properties and structural improvement.According to the above analysis,high comfort sofa products were able to provide a guideline for manufacturing.Furthermore,it also provided a systematic,reliable and efficient design method for the development of multifunctional electric sofa products. |
