Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of population aging, the number of elderly people in China are growing rapidly, China is a getting old but not being rich countries, have not yet formed the elderly care industry adapt to the economic level and the trend of aging, how to solve the problem of nursing the elderly especially the elderly paralyzed, not only is a family’s problem, but the problem needs the entire society to solve.In this paper, according to the characteristic and demand of nursing the elderly paralyzed, a multifunctional nursing bed was designed.This product can help the elderly to finish up back, leg bending and turning movements, but also have the bed lifting function, meeting the nursing demand of elderly at the same time can reduce the working intensity of nursing staff. The specific work of the design and analysis is as follows:1.Firstly based on relevant standards and the nursing requirements of the elderly paralyzed, put forward the design requirements and design indexes of nursing bed, and then design the overall scheme of the nursing bed, including the overall layout, select the appropriate structure and drive mode, design the working mode.2. Design structure of nursing bed, using Pro/E to establish three-dimensional model. Design structure of the bed plate and frame, then design back carrying and leg bending module mechanism and carry on the theoretical analysis, based on the results of the analysis design the structure, then design the lifting and tilting module, finally complete the structure design of attachment.3. Application of Virtual Prototype Technology on the back and knees mechanism for dynamic simulation verify the theoretical calculation results; analysis the stability of the nursing bed, including static and dynamic stability.4. Analysis the static strength of the main components by using the finite element method, check the strength and rigidity.
