| With the improvement of people’s living standards and health consciousness,the demand for multi-functional sofa is increasing.The research on the multifunctional sofa has a late start and lack of innovation,so the development of a multifunctional sofa has a broad prospect.And the frame is the most important mechanical component in a multifunctional sofa.Its performance directly affects the quality of the sofa.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the optimal design and the study on kinematics and mechanical properties of the frame.Based on the ergonomics theory,the multi-functional requirements of the sofa is put forward,the design scheme of the sofa frame is analyzed and determined.Then the multifunctional sofa frame is analyzed and optimized using the simulation softwares.Finally,the prototype of the sofa chair is manufactured and the mechanical tests are carried out.The main work and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:1.According to the theory of ergonomics,the movement mode and dimension requirements of multifunctional sofa frame are determined.And a variety of design schemes are put forward for the footrest mechanism of the sofa frame and its linkage mechanism between the backrest and the seat board.Then the final scheme is determined through theoretical analysis and comparison.2.According to Standard QB/T 4191-2011,kinematics simulation of the sofa was carried out using the ADAMS software after the three-dimensional model of the frame has been established,and the functions of the frame are tested.Based on the mathematical model of the foot rest mechanism,the size of the mechanism is optimized and the expected goal is achieved based on the Insight software.3.The impact response and fatigue life considering the time load history of the multifunctional sofa frame are analyzed using ANSYS WorkBench and DesignLife software.The parts that do not meet the requirements are improved and optimized.4.The prototype of the sofa chair is manufactured and the mechanical are tests carried out.According to the test standard,the seat frame impact test,the foot impact test and the durability test of the multifunctional sofa frame were carried out,and the test results meet the design requirements well.Through the analysis of design and mechanical properties of a multifunctional sofa frame,the key issues in the design process were explored including the mathematical model,fatigue life,which provides the foundation for further research. |
