Study On The Risk Management Of Ningbosteel Strip Continuous Casting Industrialization Project

As a major scientific research project of Baosteel Group,the industrialization project of Ningbosteel strip continuous casting is one of the most advanced technologies in the steel industry.In this paper,through the research on the risk management of the project as an example,to find out the main influence of the project risk factors,to take effective measures to reduce the risk of effective,in the process of project implementation,and establish effective risk control mechanism,helps to promote the enterprise decision-making more scientific and reasonable,to reduce the risk of decision-making,smooth implementation contribute to the business objectives..In this paper,the project risk management methods are as follows: first,the risk identification using expert group survey enumeration method;two,the risk assessment using the analytic hierarchy process.The main content of the project risk management research is divided into the following parts: the first part describes the background and significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad,and the content and method of the research.The second part focuses on the theory of risk management of industrialization projects.In the third part,the author introduces the situation of Ningbosteel strip continuous casting industrialization project.Because of the large investment and uncertain factors of the project,the project risk management research and its necessity.The fourth part of the establishment of Ningbosteel strip casting industrialization in the process of project implementation risk assessment system,carry out the research of project risk management,the fifth part has taken prevention and response according to the evaluation results of the main risks of the project.It also makes a further discussion on how to improve the project risk management process and strengthen the supervision and control of project risk.The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of the project risk assessment.Through the research of the project,the main risk of the project of Ningbosteel strip continuous casting industrialization is determined,which is the national industrial policy risk,the budget shortage risk,the management risk and the technical change risk.Risk assessment results for medium risk.The research on the risk management of the project implementation process not only has practical significance for the implementation of the industrialization project,but also is beneficial to the risk management theory.In this paper,the relevant evaluation system and measures are also provided for the development of strip continuous casting industrialization project,which provides a valuable basis for decision making and project success.
