At present,large coal-fired thermal power units dominate in the total generating capacity.And with the development of society,the environmental protection has attracted more and more interest of people,so the power plant must face a problem that how to reduce the pollutant emission.We have got a good effort in reducing the discharge of SO2,but some of the effort have no sense because we ignored the discharge of NOx.It will be a disaster to the environment if we do nothing to reduce the discharge of NOx,so it is important to control the discharge of NOx right now.In this paper,the unit of Longshan power plant is taken as the research object.Through having a careful analysis on the working situation and the discharge of NOx,studying the principle of NOx generating,and comparing the advantages of different low nitrogen combustion technology,we choose a proper low nitrogen combustion technology and then reform the unit of Longshan power plant which can reduce the pollutant emission and improve the efficiency of the unit.Finally,the experiment results show that the NOx concentration,the original flue gas flow,the original flue gas temperature and the original flue gas dust concentration are measured in the experiment,and analyze the denitrification efficiency,Gas NOx concentration,ammonia escape concentration,NH3 / NOx molar ratio and ammonia consumption,the test results are in line with design requirements.The results show that the use of low nitrogen combustion technology transformation program can effectively reduce the NOx emissions and improve the efficiency of the unit.
