Ultra-low emission in Huolinhe pithead power plant renovation project puts forward the combination of low nitrogen combustion and selective catalytic reduction of flue gas denitration technology,systematically puts forward the concrete implementation plan of this technical route,and the expected effect of denitration,detailed construction plan and the comprehensive economic analysis.It provides the theory support for cross use of denitration technology,and finally the expected effect of the technology is presented.At the same time,the numerical simulation and optimization of the SCR system were performed using the fluid software Fluent.Through comprehensive analysis and calculation,we can see the depth of boiler combustion system did not take the air gradation combustion technology,burning nozzle distance from the centerline of the upper burner of wind on the low side,grading the burning effect is poorer.This is the main cause of NOx emission concentration.It can be seen from the economic analysis that NOx emission reduction costs are higher than the current standard of NOx emission.But by combining the denitrification with low nitrogen combustion,the annual emission reduction of NOx is about 8798 tons,which has good energy saving and emission reduction and social benefits.The flue,reactor and catalyst layers were numerically simulated with Fluent.The flow was calculated in the SCR system of the presence or absence of baffles.Installation of a certain structure and number of deflectors in the SCR system can optimize the velocity field of the flue gas in the system to a large extent.The increase of the distribution of uniformity and the reducing of velocity gradient in the catalytic layer can take advantage of the catalyst and improve the efficiency of catalytic.
