At present the increasingly serious environmental pollution,nitrogen oxides released from burning thermal power plant has become an important cause of the formation of acid rain and the destruction of the ozone layer,how to control nitrogen oxide emissions is imminent.Yuncheng power plant denitration transformation project,our factory is mainly for the current operation of the boiler NOxemission in high concentration,meet the national emission standards for the NOxemissions,proposed to reduce pollution damage to the atmospheric environment.This paper will contrast many similar units denitration transformation plan,the actual situation to choose the optimal combustion retrofit scheme combined with boiler in Yuncheng power plant,and its transformation process and transformation results are analyzed and discussed,finally to promote the optimized operation of boiler.This paper from the denitration transformation,the domestic and foreign research present situation,sum up the development requirement of this field and technology.Secondly,introduces the formation mechanism and control measures of nitrogen oxides,low nitrogen combustion technology and flue gas denitration technology and the renovation project related theoretical knowledge.Compared with the existing various schemes combined with the actual selection scheme feasible and efficient,and for each specific area renovation project for debugging,get the relevant experimental data.Finally,through the test analysis of economic differences in contrast before and after the transformation,through the low nitrogen combustion technology SCR catalytic reduction denitration transformation finally reached the expected design requirements,meet the stringent emission standards;at the same time,through the experiment summed up a set of the adjusting method of boiler combustion of power plant for similar adjustment plays a guiding role.
