At present,the large coal-fired power generating units in China's total power generation capacity still occupy a dominant position,however,with the development of the times,environmental protection issues are getting more and more attention.How to effectively reduce the emission of coal-fired power units has once again become a problem that the power plant has to face.Due to the late start of China's emission control in NOx,the achievements made in the control of SO2 are offset to a certain extent.If we continue to allow any emissions of NOx,the environment will be greatly polluted.Therefore,the control of NOx emissions cannot be delayed.In this paper,the 2×600MW unit of Longshan Power Plant is taken as the research object,and the operation status of the unit and the NOx emission situation are carefully analyzed.According to the principle of NOx production,the advantages and disadvantages of different low-nitrogen combustion technologies are compared to choose the suitable technology for Longshan Power Plant to be reformed,and the corresponding parts are rationally improved to achieve the goal of reducing emissions and improving efficiency.Finally,it was tested through tests whether the transformation achieved the expected goal.The original smoke NOx mass concentration test,the original flue gas flow test,the original flue gas temperature test,the original flue gas dust concentration test,the denitrification efficiency and the net flue gas NOx mass concentration test,the ammonia slip concentration test,and the NH3/NOx molar ratio test and the ammonia consumption test,the above test results meet the design requirements.The results show that the retrofit program using low-nitrogen combustion technology can effectively reduce NOx emissions and improve the efficiency of the unit.
