With the development of The Times, environmental issues gradually expanded. In the new period, the Chinese government to take measures on environmental governance,but there are still a long way to go. In this paper, based on the current situation of environmental governance,begin from the Japanese government environmental management study, is aimed at providing enlightenment and Suggestions for China's environmental governance.Part 1 of Paper research on the selected topic background and significance,domestic and foreign research review, research ideas and methods for concise elaboration.
