The Research On The Improvement & Development Of System Of Environmental Protection Management In China

Along with the rapid economic development and the population explosion, environment problems gradually become obstacles to the social development. Serving as an important administrative function of the government, environmental protection more and more draws the attention of all nations. The reinforcement of the environmental management can promote our environment condition. Furthermore, scientific management system sets the premise for the efficiency of environmental improvement. In recent years, under the guidance of the notion of scientific development, our environmental management system has continuously been improved and perfected. With the consideration of our existing environmental problems, this text makes specific analyses from the aspects of laws formation and the performance of the rules .Meanwhile, based on some water pollution accidents happening in our country, the article analyzes the present problems which lie in our administrative system .In this research, it covers some theoretical information concerning with the field of administrative management and economy administration.The whole text is divided into four parts. The first part is about the purpose and the scientific way of the research. The second part involves some theories and manages to make analysis on the development and characteristics of our system .The third part takes the water pollution accidents of Huai River as the example to uncover the current problems both in our mind and in the system. Finally it gives some suggestions on the development and the reform of our environmental administrative system.
