Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of aerospace,petroleum,medical and other industries,the accuracy of parts of the industry is increasingly high.The pipe as gas or liquid carrier,in the industry is very important,because the original fittings in the production process,there will be some of the original tube surface processing defects such as blowhole,crack strain,etc,in conveying high-pressure fluid will produce turbulence resulting in surge,resulting in reduced reliability of the whole device,affect the use of normal performance of the device,so the need for tube surface polishing to remove defects,improve surface finish,lifting and conveying pipe properties.Because of magnetic abrasive finishing has high flexibility,good self sharpening,high machining accuracy,using the method of magnetic abrasive finishing the inner surface of the pipe has a good effect,but its processing efficiency is low,through a lot of experiments by adding auxiliary pole surface magnetic induction intensity in the pipe increases a space,enhance the pressure magnetic abrasive finishing surface of pipe fitting,and then improve the removal of surface material,so improve processing efficiency.But after adding auxiliary magnetic,and softness of grains decreased,surface prone to scratches,after processing surface quality is not ideal,therefore put forward a processing method of rotating magnetic pole magnetic grinding auxiliary pipe inner surface,better solve the above problems.This paper is based on the principle of magnetic abrasive machining,based on the analysis of magnetic abrasive in the machining process and machining stress state,the two conditions that affect the magnetic grinding method of pressure on the surface of the grinding direction of relative movement of particles and the surface of the workpiece is magnetic and grinding,the grinding pressure is a feasible way to improve to increase the grinding pressure,by increasing the magnetic induction intensity in a unit space to add auxiliary pole.But because the overall performance of adding auxiliary magnetic pole magnetic abrasive is limited,after processing more defects,so affected by the motion analysis of the surface material of magnetic abrasive grains,obtained by changing the magnetic abrasive surface of the workpiece relative motion direction,so as to achieve uniform removal of surface material.Through the analysis of vibration assisted magnetic abrasive machining method of pipe inner surface processing method proposed by rotating auxiliary pole magnetic grinding the inner surface of the tube,the auxiliary pole in the tube to add a radial rotation motion along the tube,thereby changing the magnetic abrasive group to change the overall grinding performance and single grinding trajectory,achieve precision polishing effect on the inner surface of the tube.ADAMS virtual prototype was used to simulate the grinding track under different process parameters,and the overall morphology of the track under different process parameters was analyzed,andthe theoretical basis was provided for the experiment.Through a self-designed test device,the test proves the feasibility of the inner surface of the tube rotating magnetic pole auxiliary magnetic grinding,through re optimization design of the test device,the parameters of the grinding in contrast fitting surface topography that impact on the pipe surface quality under different processing conditions.According to the experiment results: the use of auxiliary rotating magnetic poles of magnetic grinding the inner surface of the tube can solve the pipe add auxiliary pole because of surface scratches and other reasons caused by the pressure and the processed surface quality is not ideal,through comparison and analysis of test,the use of magnetic abrasive machining method of the inner surface of the tube,we can effectively track cross lapping rapid removal of surface material,wave crest,and will solve the defect propagation effect of reducing the surface quality better.The machining efficiency can be greatly improved by using the auxiliary magnetic grinding tube of the rotating magnetic pole,the surface defects can be removed,the surface texture is uniform,and the surface quality is better.
