| In recent years,because of Ningxia wolfberry cultivation area expansion and climate change,leads to the occurrence of wolfberry anthracnose,which caused economic losses to the local farmers.So the prevention and treatment of wolfberry anthracnose becomes a top priority for growers.Over the years,the chemical prevention and treatment is still the main means.However,the long-term use of antimicrobial agents such as carbendazim,chlorothalonil and thiophonate-methyl,pathogens produced resistance and the control effect was reduced.Therefore,the development of new and efficient antimicrobial agent is expected to provide technical support for the prevention and control of anthracnose.Due to carboxylic acid ligands have good antimicrobial activity.In this paper,three carboxylic acid derivatives were synthesized,they are 2,2’-dicarboxylic diphenylamine,2,3’-dicarboxylic diphenylamine and 2,4’-dicarboxylic diphenylamine.And the ligands were characterized by element analysis,melting point,NMR and IR spectrum.Because rare earth ions also have certain antimicrobial activity,the carboxylic acid ligands and rare earth ions are selected as the constituent motifs,and eager to play the synergies between them to prepare rare earth complexes with antimicrobial properties.This paper chooses 2,2’-dicarboxylic diphenylamine as the ligand,with rare earth metal salt,a series of new rare earth complexes have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions.And these complexes have been characterized by IR spectrum,UV-Vis spectrum,thermogravimetric analysis,element analysis and molar conductivity.The antimibrocial activity of all complexes,free ligand and corresponding rare earth metal salt have been evaluated by inhibition zone testing and minimal inhibition concentration(MIC).The results showed that complexes have better antimibrocial effect than ligand and metal salt.Incubation time and concentration were two important factors influencing the antimicrobial activity of complexes,with the increasing of culture time and the concentration,the antimibrocial activity of complexes were improved obviously.On the basis of this,the complex 8[Tm2(IDC)3(H2O)2]·H2O with better antimibrocial effect was selected as the activity center setting the basic formula.The flow point method was used to select the dispersant MF and NNO as wetting and dispersing agent,which are suitable for the complex 8.The orthogonal test program was designed,to pick out the appropriate dosage and proportion of other functional auxiliaries such as stabilizer,antifreeze,preservative,defoamers and thickeners,and determine the basic antimicrobial agent formula.Repeat the basic formula inhibition zone test to verify the stability.The result showed that the antimibrocial activity of formula was significantly higher than complex,and the formula has good antimibrocial stability.So the formula has the potential application value in the inhibition of wolfberry anthrax.The content of original drug is 20%.The content of dispersant NNO is 2.0%,and the content of dispersant D425 is 2.0%.The content of carboxymethyl cellulose is 0.3%.The content of ethylene glycol is 5.0%.The content of sodium benzoate is 0.15%.The content of polydimethylsiloxane is 0.5%.The content of xanthan gum is 1.0%,and the content of magnesium silicate is 0.2%. |
