In recent years,the production of wolfberry in Ningxia appeared a large area of wolfberry anthracnose,farmers suffered serious losses.Due to the commom wolfberry anthrax bacteriostatic agent is long-term used,pathogenic bacteria resistant,which resulted in the reduction of the control effect.Therefore,the development of a new type of antibacterial agent has high application value.The triazole derivatives have good antibacterial activity.Two new ligand 3-(2-pyridyl)-4-(4-pyridyl)-5-(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole(2,4,3-tpt)and 3-(2-pyridyl)-4,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole(2,4,4-tpt)were synthesized in this paper.Ligands were determined by melting point,infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis and NMR analysis.Basis on pyridyltriazole,transition metal cobalt ions and aromatic acid have antibacterial activity.Therefore,18 kinds of antibacterial complexes were preparated by the ligand 2,4,3-tpt(or 2,4,4-tpt)and cobalt ions,under the control of 8 kinds of aromatic acid(terephthalic acid,isophthalic acid,phthalic acid,salicylic acid,trimesic acid,pyromellitic acid,dicarboxydiphenyl sulfone and 4,4-dicarboxydiphenyl).Structure of bacteriostatic complexes 1-18 were characterized by melting point determination,element analysis,infrared spectroscopy,UV spectra,thermogravimetric analysis and molar conductivity test methods.The bacteriostatic activity of 18 kinds complexes were determined by bacteriostatic circle method.Picking out the bacteriostatic circle which diameter more than 20 mm,the antibacterial activity of the eight complexes are relatively good(cobalt base complexes were preparated by 2,4,3-tpt and 2,4,4-tpt,under the control of terephthalic acid,isophthalic acid,phthalic acid,and 4,4-dicarboxydiphenyl).Adding wetting agent(sodium dodecyl sulfate),dispersant(sodium lignin sulfonate),UV protectants(humic acid),and the stabilizer(sodium carboxymethyl cellulose)to form the basis formula of antibacterial agents.The results show that the bacteriostatic effect keeps good.
