Recently years,during the production of Chinese wolfberry cultivation in Ningxia,the incidence of wolfberry anthracnose is higher in some areas,which brought serious economic loss to the local Chinese wolfberry farmers.With long-term using the wolfberry anthracnose bacteriostatic agents pathogens bacteria developed resistance and the pesticide residues are increased.Which is not conducive to healthy,and will cause great damage to the soil environment.Therefore,the development of a new safe and environmentally friendly antibacterial agent is the urgent affair.Due to triazole’s good antibacterial activity,introducing pyridine and benzoic acid on both sides of the triazole respectively,which have strong coordination ability.This step can protect N of triazole ring and play better bacteriostatic activity of pathogenic bacteria.Therefore,this paper decided to choose 4-(5-(pyridine-3-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzoic acid(3,4-HAPT)as ligand.Transition metals,rare earth metals also have good antibacterial property.Thus,this paper choose 3,4-HAPT as the ligand under the condition of hydrothermal,evaporation and diffusion respectively,then 14 kinds of complexes were prepared,which contain 5 kinds of transition metal complexes and 9 kinds of rare earth metal complexes.This paper obtains 4 single-crystal complexes and their single-crystal structure were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.These complexes cotain two different structures,Complex 1[Co(3,4-APT)2(H20)4]-8H20 and Complex 2[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H20)4l-8H20 and Complex 3[Ni(3,4-APT)2(H20)4]·8H20 are OD mononuclear molecule with similar crystal cell parameters.They belong to the same crystal different plasmid;Complex 4[Cu(3,4-APT)2]·2H20 belongs to 1D coordination polymer.All of the single-crystal complexes can form a 3D supramolecular structure under the action of hydrogen bond.Others are analysised by ultraviolet spectrum,IR spectrum,thermogravimetric analysis,element analysis and molar conductivity to receive the possible structure of complexes.The antibacterial performance of the complexes,3,4-HAPT ligand and metal salt were evaluated by inhibition zone testing,minimal inhibition concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The complexes have better antimibrocial effect compared with metal salts.As the incubation time and concentration were increased the antimibrocial activity of complexes were improved obviously.Complex 2[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H2O)4]·8H20’s bacteriostatic effect is the best in all of the complexes,so the bacteriostatic activity center selected Complex 2[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H2O)4].8H20.Choosing complex 2[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H2O)4]·8120 as the bacteriostatic activity center and studing the based formula of the bacteriostatic agent.First taking the flow point method to determine wetting dispersant preliminarily,then using complete randomalized design to select wetting dispersant thickener,emulsifier and their dosages.The original drug:[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H20)4].8H2O accounted for 20%;Wetting dispersant:NNO accounted for 1.5%,D425 accounted for 1.5%;Stabilizer:carboxymethyl cellulose accounted for 0.3%;Antifreeze:ethylene glycol accounted for 5.0%;Preservatives:sodium benzoate accounted for 0.15%;Defoaming agent:polydimethylsiloxane accounted for 0.5%;Thickener:xanthan gum accounted for 1.5%,emulsifier:1601#accounted for 1.5%,add enough water to make up to 100%.In this formula,the bacteriostatic circle can be up to 33 mm,and have good antibacterial effect.Therefore it can be used as a new antibacterial agent with potential value.
