Shear paper cutting technology is a technology used for a super-high-speed Cigarette tipping paper slitting.The technology which was developed by HAUNI company in the early 1990s does not spread in our country.Now China is widely used Roll-cut cutting technology in cutting tipping paper.The technique have great wear to blade and needs frequent replacement blade which limiting the increase in productivity.Changde Tobacco Machinery Co.,Ltd although access to all the shear cutter wheel technical from HAYNI company,but the cutting technology of 72mm width can not meet the market demand,therefore the company urgent improve and optimize the cutting mechanism.The purpose of optimized design is achieve 80mm of cutting width and does not affect cutting rates.The topic have the analysis of the shear paper cutting mechanism which were based on CAD/CAE software.The analysis provides the basis for the company's actual study.Specific conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the working principle of shear cutter bodies and deduced the engagement curve of the work of the agency which can be regarded as a straight line.The volume under pressure was produced by contact of cutter and inserts.The volume depends on the value of the compensation volume e.(2)Measurement methods of GUI command clearance of ADAMS can be used to dynamically measure the distance of the paper cutter and insert contact.I used a method of created tiny model to measure the clearance in the process of measurement of model establishing.According to the variation of the clearance,we can optimize and parametric design the value of compensation distance e,then the optimal solution value of e is 0.65mm.The maximum amount of distance before optimization is 0.0218mm and the optimized maximum amount of distance is 0.0116mm,then we know the optimized results of maximum amount of distance decrease 46.8%than before optimization.(3)After analysis the results of the optimization based on contact of ANSYS,we know the maximum contact stress which located tooling position in the two-blade is 41.13MPa.The maximum contact stress is located in the position of the assembly.Through this experiment we know the quality of assembly is vital to the machine life and efficiency.The contact analysis of paper cutter and insert uses a point to flat contact analysis instead of point to point contact analysis,the analysis filling the blank of this type of moving contact analysis of point to point in the domestic.(4)when paper cutting machine rotates,paper cutter will vibrate.Therefore it is necessary to have paper cutter modal analysis based on ANSYS,so that we can determine whether the cutter rotational frequency will generate great vibration or resonance.This paper have an modal analysis based on ANSYS to the cutter of cutting bodies,then we can concluded that the rotational frequency 6.93 Hz is far less than first order vibration mode frequencies 366.26Hz.Excluding the situation that the rotational frequency of the body will produce large deformation.
