Studies On The Monitoring Method System Of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) From Pharmaceutical Industry

The pharmaceutical industry has a varity of products,a long production process,a complicated technology,and needs to use a large amount of raw materials.Many raw materials and intermediate products are discharged in the form of waste gas.The big quantity and complicated composition has brought serious harm to environment.Therefore,it has become a very hot topic on how to establish the monitoring methods of VOCs for pharmaceutical industry.In this dissertation,The sampling method and monitoring analysis method of VOCs in pharmaceutical industry were studied.First,the existing monitoring methods of VOCs for pharmaceutical enterprises were improved,Secondly,the monitoring method of the VOCs which have not never established was established.Finally,a complete VOCs monitoring method system which was from simple to complex was established.We had made some important achievements as follows:1)A complete monitoring system of VOCs for pharmaceutical industry was established,We can monitor of total VOCs rapidly by portable PID,and then the VOCs were analyzed qualitatively and detected quantitatively by GC-MS.Finally,we could use GC to analysis of the other typical samples.2)The PID field rapid monitoring of non methane hydrocarbons(NMTC)method was established.Compared with current FID,it was more convenient to monitor the site directly,more sensitive to the higher biological toxicity.And by PID,the data can be issued in real time.Therefore,the efficiency of monitoring was improved3)The qualitative and quantitative analysis method of VOCs was improved.It can simultaneously determine the qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively the ninety-four kinds of VOCs which compared with the EPA(TO-15)for the sixty-four kinds of VOCs.These increases were the emissions of pollutants for pharmaceutical industry.4)The volatile organic pollutants(VOTCs)was listed in this study,The VOTCs monitoring method was established which can be used to monitor the more toxic substances.And the equivalent weighted toxicity evaluation method was used to evaluate the comprehensive toxicity of volatile organic compounds,which was also used to measure the comprehensive toxicity of VOCs.
