Mainly including the structure characteristics of the linear rolling guide vice, common failure modes and failure principle, on the main factors affecting the service life of linear rolling guide are discussed in this paper, and the linear rolling guide vice static stiffness are analyzed in the theoretical calculation. Secondly proposed to the linear rolling guide vice reliability test bed's main design requirements and performance requirements, this paper discusses the linear rolling guide vice reliability test of the reliability of the research process and a set of process and specification. On the basis of the linear rolling guide vice reliability test system is designed, mainly including the loading force and test control part.Introduces the selection of loading mode,load device structure design method, and the selection, the installation position of sensor in the measurement and control system, each performance index of test software design method. And then to guide the measurement and control system, the reliability of linear rolling guide vice has carried on the relevant experimental study, the guide rail running friction and noise measurement test and contrast analysis of the test results of different manufacturers products, verify the reliability of this test-bed measuring results, for further research on rolling linear guide pair reliability testing indicators provided technical means and test methods. Paper finally, the linear rolling guide vice reliability test research is summarized and prospect, the study discusses the direction of further research.
