Linear rolling guide are widely used in modern fabrication equipment due to their good performance advantage.With the continuous expansion of its application range and demand,the requirement for its performance and quality continue to increase.The linear rolling guide pair implanted with status parameters detection system is the development trend of linear rolling guide.It is required to implant sensing,acquisition and wireless transmission components under the premise of maintaining the mechanical function and performance of the traditional linear rolling guide to realize the online detection of status parameters.The design idea and schemes of an implantable detection system for state parameter of linear rolling guide are proposed in this paper.Based on finite element simulation,the feasibility of implanting sensing,acquisition and wireless transmission components in the guide rail carriage is analyzed.On the basis of the design idea,a low-power implantable detection unit for load force,vibration,temperature and displacement is developed,a Lo Ra+4G hybrid wireless data transmission network is built,and online remote monitoring of the status performance of the linear rolling guide is realized.Based on the developed implantable sensing,acquisition and wireless communication components,through the built Lo Ra+4G wireless communication network,the rolling guide pair detection system was tested on the test bench under simulated machine tool conditions.And the characteristic evaluation parameters of the linear rolling guide pair detection system are collected by remote computer,including load force,temperature,displacement,and vibration parameters in the method of wireless transmission,and the online data detection and data analysis are realized.It is possible to replace the traditional rolling guide pair by the rolling guide pair with implanted status detection system and it can provide a more reliable basis for evaluating the working ststus of the linear rolling guide pair and improving the design.
