CNC machine is one of the most critical equipment in mechanical manufacturing,whose accuracy relates to the quality of the products.Linear rolling guide plays an important part role in the machine tool feed system,so it will largely affect the quality of the machine tool products.Therefore,it is very essential to do some research about modeling stiffness of the linear rolling guide,dynamics analysis and dynamic reliability analysis.The paper will mainly talk about as follows:(1)This part mainly uses the method of vertical stiffness of linear rolling guide in flexible model to calculate the vertical stiffness of linear rolling guide.Deformation,displacement and stress analysis are calculated on the basis of the linear rolling guide under different loads.At same time,vertical stiffness of linear rolling guide in rigid model is also used.The results coming from the two methods are compared and analyzed.(2)Fully considering the influence of deformation to the stiffness of the linear rolling guide,and combined with the analysis about the linear rolling guide,vertical stiffness analysis of linear rolling guide based on the cantilever beam model is put forward.The advantages of stiffness analysis of linear rolling guide based on the cantilever beam model are obtained through comparing the stiffness calculated.(3)Based on the vertical stiffness analysis,dynamic equation is established and the dynamic characteristics of the slider are obtained.The frequency response of the slider of the linear rolling guide under different loads is studied,which will help to put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the stability of the linear rolling guide and reduce the amplitude of linear rolling guide.(4)Linear rolling guide must ensure that meets the parallel degree of walking precision under normal working condition,so the system dynamic reliability and dynamic reliability sensitivity are obtained.Then several parameters which affect the stiffness of linear rolling guide are analyzed how to influence the dynamic reliability of linear rolling guide.In the research,based on the stiffness model existing,combing the result of finite element,vertical stiffness analysis of linear rolling guide based on the cantilever beam model is put forward.Dynamical equation is established under the stiffness analysis put forward.Then the dynamics reliability of linear rolling guide is analyzed.
