Research On The Design Affairology Of Pine Furniture Products Suitable For Online Shopping

Aiming to solve the contradiction between popularization of online shopping and lag of research on online shopping furniture in the paper,the author takes furniture products suitable for online shopping as the research object,takes the design affairology theory as a guide.By the literature method,the questionnaire research method,the typical scenario method and the induction method,the online shopping and pine material restraint(two main external factors)are researched,configurating design principles and structure(two main internal factors)based on the external factors,and finally to design practice test internal and external affairology.By questionnaire survey for online shopping consumers "people","behavior" and"demand" in the online study of external factors in the macro study,it is showed that online shopping products are mid-grade and cost-effective.Online shopping furniture products are more suitable for layout in the residential interior space with more single products,showing the combination of single products and set products,focusing on shape,style and material,and its assembly is simple.By the observation and interview of "people and objects","time and space",and "behavior and information" in typical scenarios for the whole online shopping process key nodes,it is showed that the online shopping furniture products are small in size,simple in appearance,modular and serialized and disassembly-based.They have the compact and solid structure,fewer parts,fewer specifications of raw materials,as well as fewer specifications and types of connector.Based on the research on the analysis of the external factors of pine material properties,it is suggested that the pine has a natural and fresh appearance,with the fresh,natural and bright color,diverse texture,distinctive features,as well as soft and delicate texture,so these advantages should be highlighted in the product;but the physical strength is low,the material is more soft,and the dry shrinkage expansion coefficient is large,so these disadvantages should be reasonably avoided in the structure design and use;with a good processing performance,the pine is suitable for processed into the wire rod,sheet and other profiles with the straight line as the edge shape.Based on the external affairology for online shopping and pine material restraint affairology,configurating internal factors(the design principal)of the design of pine furniture products suitable for online shopping should be people-oriented,follow popular aesthetic modeling,standardization and modularization,adhere to combination of natural beauty and technical beauty,as well as advocate reduction and flexibility of series and single product;and configurating external factors include the structure logic of disassembly structure,folding structure and fixed structure should be designed.Finally,the research affairology is expected to be verified through the design practice of child bed,series of living room furniture and combination flower shelves.
