With the continuous improvement of people's consumption power,a dazzling array of products have been purchased to enrich our lives.The importance of storage in daily life has become increasingly prominent,and it has become an important measure for us to pursue a quality life.At the same time,online shopping has long become a common shopping method.Data shows that users are no longer satisfied with online shopping platforms that only solve the traditional supply-demand relationship.The experience,fun,and sharing capabilities of online shopping platforms are even more important.In this context,through analyzing and summarizing the status quo of the online shopping experience of storage brands,improving its shortcomings,while creating a new interesting experience,to provide people with better services in the process of purchasing storage supplies and carrying out storage practices.Has become the focus of attention and consideration of this subject.In the process of theoretical research,this article sorts out gamification thinking and AR experience design,as well as their respective application status and efficacy in the online shopping field,and finds that the combination of gamification thinking and AR experience has obvious integration in the online retail industry Advantages are innovation advantage,use advantage and communication advantage.Through qualitative and quantitative research on the online shopping experience of the target user's storage products,it is found that the current experience problems are concentrated in the convenience and lack of novelty;through the analysis of the current status of the storage brand online shopping channels,it is found that the current experience mainly exists.The issue of homogeneity and tediousness.This article further points out that serious homogeneity is the appearance,and boringness and lack of convenience are the main reasons.In response to the above problems,the design principles and design strategies of the online shopping field of AR experience design based on gamification are proposed.The design strategies are mainly: unknown and curiosity inspire users to generate intrinsic motivation;brand value,storage theme,user motivation-Based mechanism construction;goal-oriented balance function;gamification component that takes into account brand factors and AR technology.In the design practice link,taking the Japanese storage brand Tenma as an example,based on the above research results,guided by the design strategy,combined with the brand characteristics,the "Tenma ·Ideal Home" APP was designed,through the "Exhibition Hall","Mall",and "Mine".The three sections of "Mine" use the brand concept and storage skills,borrowing gamification thinking and AR technology in the storage brand online shopping experience process,to help users make better shopping decisions,optimize their shopping experience,and provide Value-added services.Among them,gamified thinking can surpass the state of passive acceptance,highlighting interest and gradually active interactivity;AR technology can create vivid experiences and make information presentation methods scene-oriented.The final product evaluation and verification show that the program has good results in meeting users' needs for novelty,playability and convenience.This topic focuses on the online shopping experience of storage brands.Through theoretical research and current situation analysis,a set of targeted solutions is proposed.At the same time,I also borrowed the research of this topic to think about the way of presenting information in the APP that we are accustomed to in a specific field,and where its future development direction and breakthrough point are.
