Liangshan Region Drinking Customs Influence On Regional Culture Character

In this paper,located in the hinterland of shandong liangshan region's drinking customs as the research object,and with history as the "clue",layer upon layer "peel",will be hidden in the root of Liang Shanren his bones "alcoholic" gene,and try to restore it to the liangshan such a "traditional wine culture" under the influence of region,find out the close relationship between wine and locals personality construction.In this paper,a total of introduction,main body and conclusion three parts.The introduction by the paper object of study,research ideas and methods and research were reviewed.The main body has four chapters: chapter 2 longitudinal deeply from the perspective of history and geography to pursue cultural origins in shandong liangshan region wine.The third chapter through the investigation of liangshan local two of the oldest and most famous wine two wineries,find the "wine culture" continues today.The fourth chapter through the observation of liangshan yili,some of the most important life to savor the local wine culture infiltration and influence.The fifth chapter is to explore the local wine culture and construct the relations between Liang Shanren character.Theme layers of in-depth research,the final conclusion part tells us that liangshan shuihu culture in the west of wine culture and canal culture became the shandong wine culture under the influence of the brightest and the most representative of the wine culture area,and the local wine culture has been fully integrated into the People's Daily life,contributed to the local "enthusiasm,good fun,heavy righteousness" the character of culture.
