| Polyester resin,which have low prices,wide range of applications,have important applications in various fields.Ordinary polyester resin is not able to be dissolved in water,and the silicon steel sheet varnish solution should be used in the form existing characteristics,with the purposes to reduce environmental pollution and protection of human health,we design and synthesis the water-soluble polyester resin.It is important in the field of silicon steel sheet varnish application and good for polyester resin industry to further develop.We analyze the best raw for the water-soluble polyester resin,which is used on the silicon steel sheet,depended on the requirements for silicon steel sheet varnish.We make the analysis by an orthogonal test,to disentomb the relationship between the ratio of raw and the water solubility,viscosity,gel time of the varnish,the film thickness,hardness,toughness,adhesion grade,volume resistivity,surface resistance of the film.Ultimately determine the best raw material of synthetic polyester resin and the molar ratio is phthalic anhydride:isophthalic acid:neopentyl glycol:trimethylolpropane:trimellitic anhydride=0.495:0.165:0.33:0.43:0.07.Finally,analyze the mount of the curing agent content,the leveling agents and the defoamers consumption that be used in the silicon steel sheet varnish,determine the preparation of water-soluble silicon steel sheet varnish,curing agent added to the resin quality 25wt%,the amount of leveling agent for the 0.5wt%of the total mass of the liquid paint defoamer dosage 0.1wt%of the total mass of the liquid paint.When the obtained silicon steel sheet varnish solid content of 40wt%,Viscosity（Paint 4 cup/23°C）is 48s,the gel time（210°C）is 96s,water-soluble is 5.23times the water,the cured film hardness is 9H,adhesion grade for a toughness of 2,the volume resistivity is 1.48×1014?·m,the surface resistivity is 6.62×1014?. |
