| After half a century of development, the silicon steel sheet varnish has been formed the system of organic silicon steel sheet varnish, lacquer-inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish and inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish. As inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish has well heat-resistance, good stability, non-organic solvents to the environment friendly, extensive source of raw materials such as low-cost advantages, it will replace the first two products such as the application of the main. In this paper, a new kind of water-soluble inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish is fabricated, which takes aluminium dinydrogen phosphate and magnesium dinydrogen phosphate as main binders, colloidal silica, ammonium dinydrogen phosphate, boric acid and magnesium oxide are assistants, and related characterization are tested.The fabrication process of the water soluble inorganic varnish for silicon steel sheet was as follow: Firstly, the phosphate binder was fabricated. As the main materials, the phosphoric acid, aluminum hydroxide and distilled water were added to the three mouth flask and reacted about three hours between 80℃to 85℃to prepare a liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate.Then, other raw materials such as colloidal silica, magnesium oxide, boric acid, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and other related auxiliary were added to the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate to fabricate the water soluble inorganic varnish.In order to get the best composition of the water soluble inorganic varnish, some properties such as high temperature resistance, adhesion property, water resistance and electrical property were examined. Results indicated the water soluble inorganic varnish had a good comprehensive ferformances. It had not only the characterization of usual silicon steel sheet varnish, but also a better stability of storage and better heat-resistance. After tested at 600℃and 4 hours, the water soluble inorganic varnish showed a super high temperatures and persistent high temperatures. Moreover, the varnish is also good at insulating property. |
