Oligomerized a-olefins synthetic oil has broad development trend and the prospect of the research in the oil market.Generally,during the preparation of PAO with the increase of the number of carbon atoms into olefin,the products of higher viscosity,viscosity index increases,the less volatile,but also pour point will increase.Methods and ways to solve this problem is to use mixed olefin oligomerization for preparing high performance PAO base oil.In this paper,AlCl3 is used as a catalyzed for oligomerization,and the PAO base oil is prepares by the mixture of decene and tetradecene oligomerize reaction.Through a large number of literature research,4h as reaction time,the amount of catalyst is 5%.The effects of the reaction temperature(25 ℃,50 ℃),raw materials of different mixing ratio on the properties of oligomers(υ40℃,υ100℃,VI,pour point).The products are characterized by simulated distillation、nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum and carbon spectrum.According to National standard of test methods to petroleum and petroleum products for determination of viscosity,viscosity index and pour point.To discuss the mechanism with molcecular structure of 1-decene and 1-tetradecene oligomer and olefin oligomerization.According to the different requirements,to 1-decene,1-tetradecene is spectroscopy,for the purpose of synthesis of low pour point,medium viscosity,high viscosity index of the high-performance PAO base oil.And give priority to with 1-tetradecene,with 1-decene is complementary,the purpose for the synthesis of high temperature resistant,low volatility,medium viscosity,high viscosity index,moderate pour point of the high-performance PAO base oil.By using the orthogonal experiment method of(temperature、time、molar ratio of materials),the optimal reaction condition was established.The conditional results show that using AlCl3 as catalyst in the reaction,decene and tetradecene olefin oligomerization : medium viscosity 100℃(12.0228.01mm2/s),high viscosity index(VI=123175);low pour point(PP=-25-58℃).The results of orthogonal test show that: 1,the raw materials to 1-decene-based,1-C14 ethyl supplementation
