| The three unit machine for mining well enters to the scaling peak,the Chemical anti scaling effect is getting worse,the average pump inspection period is about 200 days,frequent pump stucking is the main reason for the short period of inspection in the peak period,frequent stucking pump wells’ scale average pump detection period is less than 60 days.The collected scale analysis results show that the scale of frequent stuck pump wells is mainly composed by silicate,silicate content in the scale reached more than 60%.The deposition law relates to the complex factors,specially exist in the form of silicate scale,the formation of crystal structure,and some of it their mechanism of the formation is complex,especially the scaling mechanism of polymer or amorphous SiO2,it has not been carried out the systematic research at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the causes of ASP Flooding frequently stuck pump wells,and found that the scaling of frequent stuck pump wells mostly contain hard calcite,while the ordinary scaling wells’ scale mostly contain the amorphous calcium carbonate,loose matter calcite with lattice distortion,vaterite or hydrated calcium carbonate,the calcium carbonate is coated by amorphous silica.Hard calcite’s Mohs hardness is 3-3.5,it is far greater than the hardness of amorphous calcium carbonate(0).Therefore,the scale of the existence of hard calcite in the system prone to card pump phenomenon.This machine mining well’s mixed deposition mechanism: the pH value is greater than10.7,amorphous calcium carbonate get a large accumulation,silicon friction concentration ratio is less than or equal to 1,form the formation of silica coated calcium carbonate,there is no hardness,low probability of stuck pump,and it is in line with the later stage of scaling.When the pH value is between 9.3 and 10.7,the formation of calcium carbonate crystals(a hard calcite),the concentration ratio of calcium silicon is greater than 1,forming an amorphous silica coated calcite structure,high hardness(3.0-3.5),the chances of stucking to pump increases,consistent with the scaling before the mid scale stage.To optimize the performance of scale inhibitor A,in introducing scale inhibitor A cationic dendritic polymer PAMAM-1,the results show that,in keeping the total concentration of 200 PPM of test conditions,and scale inhibitor when PAMAM-1 A quality ratio 15:200,its scale of SiO2 antiscale rate is 89.2%. |
