After application of polymer flooding, binary and ternary complexes EOR in oil fieldThere are some problems about the active-duty conventional pumps need to sorted out, suchas:the problems of large amounts of leakage、great friction resistance friction、easy to wearand fouling migraine、low pump efficiency、pump inspection period shorten and so on,sounfit for opening. Aim at the pumps in alkaline-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding are easyto be stuck,so this paper introduces an anti-stuck pump able to adapt to the development ofa water drive, polymerization flooding, flooding and other binary and ternary highefficiency mining method with high pump efficiency, anti-stuck performance pump, and thekind of pump manufacturing a preliminary in oil field applications.First and foremost, we analyzed the principle of the ASP flooding oil extractiontechnology and its technical characteristics.Others, ASP flooding of wells pumping systemin the swabbing process fouling environments, scale qualitative composition, scaleformation process and other issues for analysis. We combined structural features and pumpworking principle. Failure causes and forms of ASP flooding occurred pump wells using thecard pump theoretical analysis. Summed suitable combination of ASP flooding pump wellsused features. Design and analysis of the anti-card pump ASP flooding structuralcharacteristics and working principle. Build a three-dimensional model of anti-seize pump,using ANSYS finite element analysis software to key anti-seize pump seal segmentsanalyzed simulations. Multivariate orthogonal experimental design, material and structuralparameters of anti-seize key parts of the pump will be preferred. To create a kind ofanti-seize pump wear resistance and leakage test and the practical effect of oil fieldapplication test chamber.Laboratory and field experiments showed that: ASP flooding can adapt to anti-pumpcard ASP flooding in Daqing oil wells pumping conditions. Optional chrome-platedstainless steel wear-resistant sealing ring can overcome conventional pump friction exists alarge, short life insufficient to achieve the next stroke of friction is small, while the dropoutsmall stroke, reduce energy consumption and prolong the pump inspection cycle, more sothe pump performance by up to20%. To achieve the original design purpose of theanti-sticking and efficient.
