| As the developing degree is getting more and more deeply in Yushulin oil field, the change of environmental factors such as pressure, temperature, during oil field production and the mix of incompatible aqueous phase may cause scales on surfaces of stratum, rockshafts and pipelines, which has a serious effect on production. In the light of stratum features of Yushulin oil field, we study the scaling mechanism and antisludging mechanism of the water in different systems of oil field; various ions in scale specimen and chemical compound forming it can be further ascertained by analyzing the samples of scale from different regions circumstantially, and the mechanism and reasons of scaling can be studied. Analyze the environmental factor conditions of scale formation, and various factors that have effect on scaling such as saltness, temperature, pressure, pH, wetting and adhesion, solution gas corrosion, electrochemistry corrosion, microbe corrosion and so on. We should study the laws of oil-water well scaling and preventive measures in a systematic way and make relative medicament formula. We can master the use condition and scope of antiscaling agent by knowing historic use of different scale prevention technology. We should use experiments effectively and screen the antiscaling agent and make them be compatible. We also provide effective measures and medicament formula which is suitable for scale prevention of Yushulin oil field. |
