As the economy develops, the living conditions in rural area improves gradually the increase of volume of household refuse. However, the current issues of refuse in rural area are severe due to lagging infrastructure contribution of environmental and sanitation facilities and lacking refuse collection and transportation systems. In addition, the villages located in multiple landforms area are difficult to transport refuse compared with rural places in plain area. Therefore, the research around systematical and reasonable refuse collection and transportation system for rural areas, especially villages in multi-landforms places, is fatal for rural development.Firstly, according to the characteristics of hybrid landscape rural which main of plain, we put forward two kinds of collection and transportation models. Secondly, build collection and transportation system evaluation indication system from 4 aspects, namely, economy, environment, technology and society, and collection and transportation condition evaluation indication system; Finally, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Entropy-weight method were selected to determine appropriate collection and transportation model, and calculate the weights of each indicator, and the combined method of AHP-Entropy and gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were utilized to assess the above two types of refuse collection and transportation system.This dissertation take Tuan Feng County as case study. Firstly, basing on the results of evaluation, determining that Linshanhe, Dandian, Jiamiao, Dupi which got bad level using transfer model and other towns using direct model in hybrid collection and transportation model. And then from the results of evaluation it can be found, the mixed collection model is deficient in aspects of environment, technology and society compared with direct transport system, but the total mark of the former is higher than the latter, marks are 87.72 and 74.22 respectively. Hence considering the results of assessment and the actual condition of Tuanfeng County, the households refuge collection and transportation system should adopt mixed collection model which is dominated by direct transport and assisted by transfer transport method.This study has demonstrated the evaluation systems built and methods selected has certain practicability and operability on comparison and decision that can provide examples as reference on similar issues.
