With the continuous and rapid development of our society,people’s living standards have gradually improved.The real estate industry has also developed rapidly,and people’s demand for a better environment has increased.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the decoration of houses.At the same time,a lot of decoration waste is generated.At present,there is very little research on the collection and transportation of decoration waste in our country,and there is not good treatment for most decoration waste.So it has caused great harm to the environment.Although decoration waste belongs to construction waste and only accounts for a very small part,it can not be mixed and transported with construction waste due to the particularity of its source and the complexity of its composition.In addition,due to the particularity of the source of decoration waste,it is easy to be mixed with domestic waste,which has an adverse impact on the environment that can not be underestimated.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to establish a separate collection and transportation system for decoration waste.This article takes the decoration waste collection and transportation system as the research object.First,it analyzes the current situation,laws and regulations and related research of the decoration waste recycling management of foreign countries and China.Combined with the decoration waste management methods adopted in some domestic cities,and on the basis of further analysis of the factors that will affect decoration waste collection and transportation system,three decoration waste collection and transportation programs are designed: "Rough source classification and direct transportation mode","Fine source classification and direct transportation mode" and "Rough source classification,collection and transferring transportation mode".Four aspects of environmental impact,economic benefit,social impact,and technology are analyzed,and 11 evaluation indicators are constructed.The weight of each indicator is comprehensively determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method.And the decoration waste collection and transportation is constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method.The system compares and selects models to evaluate and make decisions on the collection and transportation plan.This paper takes Haikou City as an example to conduct empirical research.According to actual circumstances of Haikou City,three specific decoration waste collection and transportation plans are designed and collection and transportation routes are designed.Basic data are obtained by conducting field research in Haikou City and consulting environmental sanitation experts.Based on this,the evaluation index value is determined,and the established comparison model is used to compare and select the three decoration waste collection and transportation schemes.The results show that the “direct transportation model of rough source classification” is currently the most suitable for Haikou City,and can roughly solve the problem of almost blank decoration waste management in Haikou City.
